Masala Chai is a tea with milk and a mix of spices. It’s the perfect drink as the weather turns colder, and you can even add some bourbon to have a spiced cocktail. At Beyuda, we make a big batch at once (like the proportions shown above), and store the leftovers in a swig top to have on hand. It’s flavor lasts about a week. It’s a fun afternoon pick me up drink, a spicy alternative to coffee, and you can play with the amount and mixture of spices to make it your own.
